Deposits
A non-refundable credit card deposit of $100 is required. Deposit is required for all appointments. It is applied to the cost of your procedure and holds your appointment. In case you need to reschedule, we require a call 48 hours in advance. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel or do not show up for a scheduled appointment your deposit is forfeited. Arriving 30 minutes after the scheduled time will be treated as a no-show-up.
