Scheduling An Appointment – You may schedule your appointment by contacting Natural Beauty at (716) 713-3822.  In order to secure your appointment, we will request a credit card deposit during the reservation process.  Your time is very important to us.  We do ask, however, that if something comes up wherein you are unable to make your appointment, please allow us a 48 hour cancellation notice.

48 Hour Cancellation Notice – As a courtesy to the staff and other guests, please provide a minimum of 48 hours advance notice of appointment cancellations or changes.  Last minute cancellations or no show appointments are subject to a non-refundable credit card deposit.  Please understand that our bookings are in high demand and so advanced notice is highly appreciated.

Punctuality – Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  First time guests are asked to complete consent forms in order to provide your service provider with important medical and contact information.  To save time, these forms can be downloaded from our website and completed in advance of your arrival.  Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time so as not to inconvenience our other guests.

Payment – Natural Beauty accepts Visa, Mastercard, checks, and cash.  Full payment is expected at the time of service.

Gratuities – Gratuities are personal decisions and left to your own discretion and level of satisfaction.  If you choose to tip, tipping follows the same rules as restaurant tipping.  The average is between 15% and 20%.

Children Policy – While we all agree that children are precious, we request that you make childcare arrangements prior to your visit with us.  This will ensure that each of our guests have the most relaxing experience possible.
